care. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to ensure that every product reaches
you in perfect condition. Because we deal in perishable food items, our return and refund policy has certain limitations.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

1. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted once the product has been delivered.
2. However, we accept returns in the following cases:
3. The product is damaged during transit.
4. The product received is incorrect or does not match your order.
5. The product has quality issues that make it unfit for consumption.

Conditions for Return

1. To be eligible for a return
2. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
3. The product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
4. You must provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue (damage, wrong item, etc.) along with your order ID.

Refund Process

• If your return request is approved, we will offer:
• Full refund to your original payment method, or
• Replacement of the product at no extra cost.
• processed / credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned product (if applicable) is received or after verification of your claim.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

• Any product that has been opened, partially consumed, or tampered with after delivery.
• Products returned without proper proof of damage or issue.
• Orders placed under special discounts, festival offers, or bulk orders unless damaged during delivery.
• Replacement/Exchange product will be delivered in 5-7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they have not been dispatched.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of our products.

Shipping Costs for Returns

• If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/quality issue), MithilAmrit will bear the return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to customer error (wrong address provided, order placed by mistake, etc.), shipping charges will not be refunded.
